We invite you to explore our website to learn more about WSL and the unique features of Waldorf education. More importantly, we hope you will come visit us. The vibrant colors and engaged, happy students you see pictured here are the tip of the iceberg. You need to walk through our doors to experience the school culture that no website can capture—sounds, aromas, warmth, spirit!
In preschool and kindergarten, we focus on an unhurried introduction to school life, inviting children's innate sense of wonder to flourish. Teachers create a warm, welcoming environment designed to stimulate the child's emerging capacities to imagine, plan, initiate, and create. Through creative free play, movement, circle time, and practical tasks, children learn at a natural pace about cooperation, listening, and friendships—building pre-academic skills and preparing them for formal education beginning in first grade.
In elementary school, WSL provides students with a rich and engaging program that encompasses core academics, the arts, choral and instrumental music, athletics and movement, and two foreign languages. Through our lively and dynamic curriculum, we seek to prepare our students to thrive in high school—and in life—by developing their thirst for knowledge, capacity to think independently, and depth of character.
Please do not hesitate to call me at 781-860-5208 or email me. I look forward to speaking with you.
