Early drop-off 8:00
Regular drop-off 8:30
Orientation (auditorium) 8:45
First period 9:00–10:15
AM snack 10:15–10:45
Second period 10:45–12:00
Lunch 12:00–12:30
Pick-up half-day campers 12:30
Third period 12:30–2:00
PM snack (provided) 2:00–2:30
Fourth period 2:30–4:15
Regular pick-up 4:15–4:30
Extended day pick-up 5:15–5:30

Classroom Assignments

Kindergarten — Blue Sky kindergarten classroom
Grades 1–2 — First grade classroom
Grades 3–6 — Second grade classroom

pickup and drop-off

Parents are welcome to drop children off in front of the Adams building each day or park and walk them to their classroom. Children will be checked in and out each day; please do not drop off or pick up a child without letting a staff member know.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking lot to the right of the Adams building and along Mass. Ave. Please do not park in the horseshoe or use spaces reserved for Follen Church.

Please send your child with...

  • A healthy lunch and substantial snack—kids get hungry!
  • Water bottle
  • Sun hat and sunscreen
  • Bug spray if desired
  • Change of clothing
  • Rain jacket and boots
  • Plastic bag to carry home wet clothes
  • All in a knapsack or bag, with everything labeled

Parents are welcometo review the camp's policy with regard to discipline, background checks and healthcare, as well as the procedure for filing grievances, all of which are contained in WSL's camp manual. This camp must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local board of health (105CMR430.190).
